the water park was okay, it gave the kids SOMETHING to do.
The room i stayed in had ants. They were EVERYWHERE. i told staff but nothing HAPPENED. this made things really UNCOMFORTABLE.

clean roomsgreat waterparkvaried food
the rooms are immaculate. maid service is really good, and bottled water gets delivered every day. the water park is amazing for all ages. there are snack bars with ice cream. the food offers lots of choice, including mexican, greek, and italian options.
i noticed one very slight inconvenience, there isn't a handle to hold the shower head up on the wall in the whirlpool bath.

the staff is attentive and addresses concerns efficiently. i was impressed with the prompt response to a minor issue in my room. many staff members speak multiple languages, which aided communication. they were always willing to assist with a smile..

The resort is close to the beach. It is accessible via a short walk. taxis are readily available outside the hotel if you want to explore nearby towns. the resort also offers shuttle services to popular attractions, so getting around is easy.

The dining room felt far from a relaxing experience. The noise levels were really high making normal conversation difficult. Staff were clearly overworked. I often waited a long time for drinks. I found the buffet food rather repetitive and the quality wasn't consistant.
